MRI Door Service Plan

• Replace any damaged RF gasket or fingers
• Auto door operator Latching system (if applicable)
• Door to frame alignment
• Cleaning, lubrication and adjustment as required Switches (if any)
• Clean all RF contact surfaces
• Verify mechanical operation of door is satisfactory
• Provide RF Test report (annual contracts only)

Linac Door Service Plan

• Inspect door reveal spacing
• Inspect switched and buttons
• Door to frame alignment
• Lubricate door hinges and operator if required
• Cleaning, lubrication and adjustment as required Switches (if any)
• Adjust safety devices (sensors) if required
• Ensure door meets ANSI standards
• Verify mechanical operation of door is satisfactory
• Provide full maintenance report
